How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance for regular appointments. For special occasions or complex styles, book 1–2 weeks ahead. Emergency bookings may be available with a surcharge.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount is deducted from your final service price. It is non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.
Do you provide hair extensions?
Yes! We provide premium synthetic and human hair extensions in various colours and textures. You can also use your own hair if preferred.
How should I prepare my hair before the appointment?
Please arrive with clean, detangled, and dry hair. Avoid heavy oils or products. If you are unsure, contact us and we will guide you.
Do you offer home service?
Yes, home service is our core offering. Our stylists travel to your location — home, office, or any other address in our service area.

We serve listed Belgian cities including Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, Leuven, Bruges, Hasselt, Mechelen, Lokeren, Charleroi, Liège, Namur and other profiled cities. Check our cities page for the full list.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full service amount.
How do I care for my braids after the appointment?
Keep your scalp moisturised with a light oil or spray. Sleep with a satin bonnet or pillowcase. Avoid excessive pulling or tension. Follow the aftercare guide provided by your stylist.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card, debit card, Bancontact, and online payment. The deposit is paid online at booking.
How long do appointments typically take?
Box braids: 4–6 hours. Knotless braids: 5–7 hours. Cornrows: 2–3 hours. Twists: 3–4 hours. Exact time depends on hair length, thickness, and style complexity.
